was recently completed in the Northern Continental Divide Ecosystem.
Finally I got round to putting three climate change videos I made some years ago
up on YouTube.

A compilation of British direct action protests against climate change set to a
dance track. Heart racing stuff. Actions mostly from the late 1990s and early
2000’s including: protests at the Shell Oil AGM, 2000 COP in the Hague, Coventry
Cathedral service for the centenary of the car, Bjorn Lomborg being pied and lots
more.

*Ordinary people talk about climate change, how they feel about it, and what they
want to do. This is a great short video for empowering people to take personal
action. It was made by George Marshall and Roddy Mansfield using interviews with
people attending the Rising Tide UK Gathering in 2000 www.risingtide.org.uk

COIN is a charitable trust, registration number 1102225. It supports initiatives and
organisations that increase public understanding and awareness of climate change.
Not new-& not just EPA either: government agencies-whether Depts. of Interior,
Agriculture, Commerce…govt.agencies are rife w/ this garbage-especially when
PAC-backed, pro-ordained “decisions” about things (like land-use or energy issues)
are questioned from within by people just doing their jobs.
Todd Wilkinson published a book in 1998 called “SCIENCE UNDER SIEGE: the Politicans
War Against Nature & Truth” (can’t remember publisher). In it he details the experiences of
scientists-often wimmin & POC-who caught alot of abuse for drawing conclusions contrary
to land-use & pollution-regulation decisions pushed by big industries. Beside racial &
sexist/sexual harassment, these people (& their families) were often anonymously
threatened & stalked as well. In my personal conversations with people working
“within” who were (thought to be) queer-homophobic overtones are also very prevalent (i
don’t recall that Wilkinson discussed that facet).
It would be very revealing to trace the history of the climate change issue back to the ’60s &
uncover any such patterns regarding that issue.
